Providing individual and family support, education, information and referral. Group work and social activities, to carers and family members of people affected by mental health issues, including autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities.

Working to create an inclusive community where everyone can imagine and achieve their hopes and potential.
Our mental health and wellbeing services provide support for people living with mental health issues or who have mental health concerns to develop coping strategies and recover in their community.

We have more than 40 years’ experience working with individuals, families, carers and the community to identify their needs and goals and attain a great life in their community.

We were founded by families advocating to improve the services, information and support available to people with mental health issues and their carers. Making sure lived experience is at the heart of all we do remains key.

Our teams of wellbeing workers, clinical consultants, support workers, peer workers and counsellors are dedicated to ensuring all the people we serve have opportunities to fully participate in the community.

Together, we create an environment that focuses on hope rather than illness.

Our services bring together evidence from research and what works for people with a lived experience or mental health issues and recovery. This model of care informs how we work with the people who use our services, as well as our partners and the community.

We seek positive change in laws, policies, social norms and behaviours through policy and advocacy which changes systems.
