Our team is headed by Frances Di Giovanni, an Accredited Family Law Specialist practicing exclusively in the Family Law area. She appears regularly in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court. She also is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Arbitrator.
Sally Rofe has practiced primarily in Family Law for several years, including matrimonial and de facto property, spousal maintenance, children and child support issues, appearing regularly in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court. She regularly acts as an Independent Children's Lawyer.
Andrew Mead has practiced law since 1998. Prior to specialising in family law, Andrew practiced in numerous areas including criminal law, licensing, industrial relations and anti-discrimination law.
Lucy Johnson was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia in 2013. Lucy appears regularly in the Federal Circuit Court. Lucy practices predominantly in the area of Family Law including property settlements, children’s matters and divorces.
