The Rural Support service is an innovative outreach project aimed at providing social and emotional support to promote the health and well-being of farmers and their families in the Circular Head area.
Our regular visiting service offers personal and family counselling, relationship education, health promotion and community development activities that help strengthen support networks and build social capital and reduce social isolation.
