FASS is a free service providing assistance to families with family law matters who have been affected by family violence. This service includes the FASS Duty Lawyer Service and the FASS Social Support Service.
This directory contains up-to-date information relating to the services that help separating or separated families negotiate the Family Law System.
This enables agencies to pass on relevant and accurate information to their clients and as well as improve inter-agency collaboration and referral processes.
As it is a public register, it also encourages family members to be proactive and search for appropriate services for themselves.
In order to ensure that directory information is kept up to date, contributors are asked to inform the Website Moderator of changes to agency details.
New entries to the directory are most welcome. An alert will be emailed to existing entities and the general Family Law Pathways Network Membership. Please contact the Website Moderator to discuss your requirements.
