Baptcare’s Respite Activity Program (RAP) provides children and young people aged 5 to 18 years who have a disability the opportunity to participate in a range of fun social activities such as camps and the school holiday program, whilst providing families and care givers with the opportunity for respite.
Where possible RAP will access other youth activity programs to build positive relationships and enhance understanding and familiarisation of disabilities within the community in a supported and proactive way.
To be eligible, participants must reside in the North and North West regions of Tasmania and meet the RAP eligibility criteria.
