Bridge Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs Recovery through care Service

Services Include:
  • Day Program - An 8 week program for alcohol and other drug users in the community. It is designed to assist individuals to gain the necessary skills to decrease the impact of alcohol and other drug use on their lives- Program runs Monday-Friday and all participants are required to be free from intoxication and actively involved in all aspects of the program including group work and/or individual therapy.
  • Outreach - A highly confidential services for people with alcohol and other drug problems- Outreach includes counselling, case management, relevant and practical information on harm minimisation strategies, support for families and referrals to other services
  • After Care Program - Focussed on assisting clients to develop and build recovery based lifestyles. This is also focussed on developing close networking and collaboration with identified key 'first to know' agencies. The service interventions and client support will be within a case management framework characterised by maximised flexibility and mobility or response. It will endeavour to be a holistic approach and will focus on clients participating in group sessions, support sessions, counselling and developing self management plans.
